The HP 141T Spectrum Analyzer with the HP 8554B RF Section and HP 8552B IF Section is a spectrum analyzer that can be used for a variety of purposes:

RF Section: The HP 8554B RF Section is required before the HP 141T Spectrum Analyzer can function as a spectrum analyser.

IF Section: The HP 8552B IF Section has the same features as the 8552A IF Section, which includes calibrated bandwidths, log and linear amplitude calibration, and calibrated scan times.
